Who we are.

V+L Partners is the personal injury practice of Verp and Leddy, LLC, a New Jersey law firm headquartered in Wayne, NJ. Questions about this policy: intake@vlpartnerslaw.com.

What we collect.

• What you tell us. If you use our intake chat, call us, or email us: your name, your contact details, and what happened. We use it to respond to you, evaluate your potential case, and prepare to represent you.
• Site preferences. Small settings stored in your browser: your language, the chat sound setting, your in-progress intake answers (so you don't lose your place), and whether you've seen the cookie notice.
• Technical basics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) to run and secure the site.

Cookies and similar technology.

Functional. Settings that live in your browser and make the site work:

vl_intake_…	Holds your in-progress intake answers so you don't lose your place.
vl_cookie_ack	Remembers that you've seen the cookie notice.

Analytics and advertising. As our marketing rolls out, we also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand what's helpful, and advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) to measure our ads and reach people who visited the site. These platforms set their own cookies (for example _ga, _gcl, _fbp, _clck) and receive standard visit data: pages viewed, device type, how you got here.

The line that doesn't get crossed: those platforms see site visits. They never see what you tell us in the intake. Your story stays with the firm.

You can limit advertising cookies in your browser settings, in Google's and Meta's ad settings, or at aboutads.info.

What we never do.

• Sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
• Give ad platforms what you tell us. They see visits, never your story.
• Treat your story as marketing material.

Who helps us run this.

A few service providers process data for us, under confidentiality: our website hosting, our client-management system, and our email delivery service. They work for us, not for themselves. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

The legal notices.

Attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee outcomes. Using this site or completing the intake does not create an attorney-client relationship; that relationship begins only when a representation agreement is signed. Until then, please don't send anything you consider confidential beyond the intake questions.

Your choices.

You can clear your browser storage anytime. You can write to intake@vlpartnerslaw.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have what you submitted deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.

Changes.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
